Findings
In 2007/2008 JEDI commissioned independent consultants Macaulay Associates to carry out research into the feasibility of developing an Equity, Diversity & Interdependence Quality Assurance model for the youth sector in Northern Ireland.
The findings reported will guide JEDI in informing the future strategy and development of the initiative.
JEDI wish to thank all those youth work practitioners and managers from across the statutory youth service and regional voluntary youth agenices who participated in this research.
